Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how Bloomiot handles refunds for pilot programs, hardware purchases, subscriptions, and related commercial arrangements.

1. General principle
Because Bloomiot deployments may include custom hardware, field installation, and platform services, refund eligibility depends on the specific plan, contract, and delivery stage agreed with the customer.
2. Pilot programs
Pilot offerings may include promotional or no-cost access during validation phases. Refund terms for paid pilot components, if any, will be defined in the pilot agreement or statement of work.
3. Hardware and subscriptions
Hardware returns may be subject to inspection, restocking conditions, and shipping costs. Subscription refunds, when applicable, may be prorated based on usage period and contract terms.
4. Non-refundable cases
Custom manufacturing, activated licenses, completed professional services, or deployments that have entered active field operation may not qualify for full refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. How to request a review
To request a refund review, contact contact@bloomiot.com with your company name, order or agreement reference, deployment details, and reason for the request. Bloomiot will respond with applicable options based on your contract.
