Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Bloomiot handles refunds for Bloomiot Workspace software subscriptions processed by Paddle, aligned with Paddle’s 14-day Buyer Terms.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Scope

Online payments on bloomiot.com for Bloomiot Workspace are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This policy applies to those digital software subscription transactions and aligns with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms and https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

2. 14-day minimum refund (first paid charge)

Customers who purchase a Bloomiot Workspace Scale subscription through Paddle may request a full refund of the first paid charge within 14 days of the transaction, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

If a subscription includes a free trial, the 14-day period applies to the first paid charge after the trial ends.

The 14-day right applies to that first paid payment. It does not apply to subsequent automatic renewal charges, except where required by applicable law or by Paddle’s policy.

3. How to request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or email support@bloomiot.com with your account email and Paddle transaction reference. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

Scale subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in Settings → Billing to stop future renewals. Cancelling after the 14-day window stops the next charge; it does not automatically refund a period already started.

5. Pilot

The Pilot plan is free software access and has no paid charge to refund.

6. Enterprise

Enterprise software agreements are quoted separately. Any first paid software charge processed by Paddle is subject to the same 14-day minimum. Additional terms, if any, will not reduce that minimum.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
